If you can't see the live chat page, you either don't have java installed on your computer or you don't have java enabled on your browser. Also, if you are not logged in as a member, you will not be able to see the link to the live chat.
Problems with Internet Explorer 9: In IE9, can you click the gear icon found to the right of the address bar (settings), then click "Internet Options." In the new window that comes up, click the "Security" tab. Make sure that the slider is set at "Medium-high" or lower; if you currently have this set to "High," you won't be able to access the chat.
Error Message: "Can't access chat from this web site." Check your navigation bar and make sure "www" is not in front of the URL for the page. Some browsers add it automatically. The correct URL to the chat should be: growthclasses.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=chat
